Approximately ten minutes later, the flight attendant returned with further information. “The captain has determined that, although our policy typically prohibits moving passengers from economy to first class, an exception will be made in this instance to ensure a positive environment for all passengers.”
Before the woman could respond, the flight attendant addressed the man by saying, “Sir, if you would kindly retrieve your personal items, we would like to offer you a seat in first class to enhance your comfort during the flight.” 🤝
