This is the body of a dog who died in the cold chained in the garden of a house with no shelter from the snow and no chance to seek warmth. He died right outside the door of the people who were supposed to be his family.
Dogs are not alarm systems. They are not garden ornaments. They are not tools to intimidate strangers. A dog is a loyal companion a member of the family and deserves to live indoors safe warm and loved.
If you cannot offer a dog the care, shelter, and affection it deserves, then you should not have one.
