As I was eating dinner tonight at waffle king, I see this old man struggling to get in the door, it’s raining out side he’s soaking wet, I see him carrying a bucket inside that said mentally disabled veterans, and had his dog tags around his neck, he sat in the booth in front me and the waitress had came over to take his order asking what he wanted and he said whatever 3 dollars would get me, I know some people are out there that aint broke and trying to get money but then there’s some that really do need help, and tonight I had that feeling that this man really is what he says he’s, as I payed for my food, I gave the cashier some
Money for a whole meal for him, and on my way out I put 30 bucks on the table for him, and he didn’t wanna take it from me, guessing where I’m young who knows, but anyways the old man shook my hand and told me thanks, and told me that my parents would be proud of the son they’ve raised!
