Stopping at every parking meter along the sidewalk, I saw a lady with three small kids. At the time I did not think much of it, I was more so confused as to what they would be that involved the parking meters.
So today I’m scrambling to get my two and a half year old out of the car while digging for change in the bottom of my purse for the parking meter I notice this dime taped to the meter. That dime granted me thirty minutes in the parking meter. I then noticed the meters lining Seneca Street all had a dime taped to them.
I wanted to take a moment to notice this woman’s act of kindness and to show my appreciation and respect for her as she is raising her children in an exceptional manner.”
